The item should be returned in its original packaging

Note: The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized products
Clearance or sale items
Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

2. Refund & Exchange Timelines

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Exchanges: Replacement products will be shipped within 3–5 business days after the return is approved

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
